Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, a $10 administration fee will be charged. This only applies to cancellations received 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be made once your order has been booked in with our courier.

Refunds
At Bouquet de Chocolat, we strive on providing a superior product and great customer service. In the unlikely event that a chocolate bouquet should be damaged in any way, please contact us directly on 0425252642 or via email at claudia@bouquetdechocolat.com.au and we will work with you on a suitable solution.

In the event of cancellation, all refunds are credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account which were used to place the order minus a $10 admin and re-stocking fee.

Delivery
Bouquet de Chocolat deliver Australia wide to residential and business addresses.
Please allow 1-3 days delivery from receipt of order.
Delivery available Monday – Friday only, and is made my reputable courier companies.
For a limited time, Bouquet de Chocolat are offering FREE delivery to Sydney Metro area’s.

Substitution
We will endeavour to ensure all chocolate bouquets delivered are identical to products featured on our website. However, should a particular chocolate, lolly or other materials such as boxes or ribbon be unavailable due to stock variations, we reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.
