Q. How long in advance do i need to place my order for a chocolate bouquet?
We make all our chocolate bouquets on order to ensure freshness. Please allow 1-3 days for chocolate bouquets to be made + delivery time. Should you require a chocolate bouquet on a specific date, please contact us with the information and we will work with you to try to meet your schedule.

Q. Can i design my own chocolate bouquet?
Definitely. We specialise in custom made chocolate bouquets. We can create chocolate bouquets to suit your theme, budget and chocolate preference. Simply contact us on 0425 252 642 or claudia@bouquetdechocolat.com.au for additional information.

Q. Do you do weddings centrepieces and bonbonniere?
Yes, we do. We would love to assist with making your special day an event that will never been forgotten! We will custom make arrangements to suit your specific requirement. Please contact us on 0425 252 642 or claudia@bouquetdechocolat.com.au as soon as possible. Special bulk discounts may also apply.

Q. How long can a chocolate bouquet be kept?
Chocolate bouquets can be kept for up to 3months. They should be kept out of direct sunlight and stored in a cool, dry place with temperature of between 18-20degrees.

Q. How can i place an order?
You can place an order on our online store at www.bouquetdechocolat.com.au, via email claudia@bouquetdechocolat.com.au or via telephone service on 0425 252 642.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD payments via PAYPAL. Note, you do not have to sign up to PAYPAL to make a payment.
We also accept payment via Direct Deposit. Bank account details are supplied to you at the Checkout. Payment via Direct Deposit must be received within 24hours of order placement to ensure delivery of item.

Q. Is GST included in the prices on your website?
All prices on the website include GST, and are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Q. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Chocolate Bouquets to the Sydney Metro area (both business and residential addresses). We deliver all other items including bombonniere Australia wide.

Q. Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
No. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. In certain instances we may be able to deliver on weekends or after hours. Please contact us for additional details.

Q. Can I request a specific delivery time?
We use reputable courier companies to deliver our range of items. Unfortunately you can not request a specific delivery time. Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm on weekdays.

Q. What will happen if the recipient is not home with my order is delivered?
At the time of delivery, our courier will obtain a signature of the person receiving the gift. If no one is home to receive it, with your permission (given at the checkout), the gift will be left in a safe place on the property of your recipient. If you prefer the gift not to be left unattended, a calling card will be placed in the letterbox of the recipient (at an additional fee), with details on how to arrange for a more convenient time for delivery.

Q. How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order at least 24hours prior to dispatch to courier company by emailing us at claudia@bouquetdechocolat.com.au or calling us on 0425 252 642. Money will be refunded less an administration fee of $10. This applies to cancellations being received prior to the item being dispatched. Please refer to our Terms of Service section for all terms and conditions on cancellations.

Q. Are your products suitable for children?
As our chocolates are bound to wooden skewers, we do not recommend our products for young children. Parental guidance is recommended. Please dispose of wooden skewers and wrappers immediately after consumption of chocolates.

Q. I am based overseas and would like to place an order to be delivered to an Australian relative. Can I do this?
Of course! Bouquet de Chocolat has many customers outside Australia who order for their Australian friends and family residing in the Sydney Metro area.
